"Have you ever walked into a church and felt like the biggest sinner ever, not because of what you might have done the night before, but because of the way that the religious church members glared at you and your outfit? Well, when I visited Celebration Church of Tampa, I felt the exact opposite! My family and I attended in our True Religion jeans and we were welcomed with love and acceptance. Once we were seated, I began to look around the congregation and was surprised to see a mixed audience. There were people there from all nationalities. The choir blew me away and sounds good enough to enter a competition. The message was up front and directly from the Word and the pastor delivered it with humor."
This is an amazing review that has just been released in a magazine in Tampa Bay called, "Street Connect." It is the premier issue. This magazine is made available in local salons, grocery stores, restaurants, and all kinds of other places like that. The editor is not a member of Celebration Church -- he is a member of another church but decided to visit CC one Sunday and do a review of our church. In this article he also shared all of our contact information, service times, etc. and asked people to visit us. We are really honored that he chose us, and that he gave us the review that he did. Talk about favor!
Also, Dustin and Jordan and the band were asked to lead worship at a large youth rally Saturday night in Lake City. They turned that place upside down for the glory of God and have already been invited back. Here are some photos from the night.

*By the way, Lake City is 2 and 1/2 hours away. By the time the rally was done and they broke down everything on the stage and packed up, they got back to Tampa at 3 am, set up all of their instruments at the church for worship Sunday morning, came home, went to sleep for one or two hours and left with me again at 7:30 am to rehearse for CC's morning service, without a complaint. That's dedication. And I appreciate them for it.
