The PF Women Team at our Annual Team Retreat ~ 2018 Today on Seth Godin's blog, he said: It's tempting to decide to make a profit first, then invest in training, people, facilities, promotion, customer service and most of all, doing important work. In general, though, it goes the other way. Yes, it does. If you are waiting to make a profit before you do these things, in my experience you're not going to make a profit. So many organizations, ministries and churches are struggling with financial issues. I know your pain. God has done amazing things through out team, for which we give Him the glory! I find that what Seth is saying here is absolutely true, with one disclaimer. Hello blog readers...I need your prayers NOW, for the safe return of two dogs who are so dear. They are Max and Rocko Gibson and they are my friend Mike Gibson's dogs. They got out between 8:00 - 8:30 this morning and he has been looking for them. They have collars and they are micro-chipped but nothing has come to light yet about their whereabouts.
These sweet babies are so dear to me...they give so much love to me when I visit the Gibson's home -- I just can't imagine their home without them.
I will add that just a few months ago Mike and Donna's grandmother passed away, and then on Thanksgiving Day his brother passed away. They have had so much loss. There is never a good time to lose a dog(s), but this is the worst time ever.
Thank you for joining me in prayer for their safe return and peace for Mike and Donna in this process.
