In general, though, it goes the other way. Yes, it does. If you are waiting to make a profit before you do these things, in my experience you're not going to make a profit. So many organizations, ministries and churches are struggling with financial issues. I know your pain. As anyone who follows our story knows, our ministry was in a ton of debt four years ago when I came on as director. Since that time, we've gotten out of debt and turned a profit every year. Thank you all for praying. I got a doctor's appointment this afternoon and they did a thorough examination in the office, plus sent me for much blood work. I go for an ultrasound in the morning. The doctor is concerned as I am about the symptoms and determined to get to the bottom of it quickly. I got almost no sleep last night I was in such pain. I couldn't wait to get up this morning and just get there to hopefully get relief. Unfortunately as we don't know what it is yet there is no treatment but the doctor has asked that I do nothing and stay in bed. So here I am. Maddie has been napping with me.
