What To Do First to Make a Profit

The PF Women Team at our Annual Team Retreat  ~ 2018 Today on Seth Godin's blog, he said: It's tempting to decide to make a profit first, then invest in training, people, facilities, promotion, customer service and most of all, doing important work. In general, though, it goes the other way. Yes, it does. If you are waiting to make a profit before you do these things, in my experience you're  not going to make a profit. So many organizations, ministries and churches are struggling with financial issues. I know your pain. As anyone who follows our story knows, our ministry was in a ton of debt four years ago when I came on as director.  Since that time, we've gotten out of debt and turned a profit every year.  God has done amazing things through out team, for which we give Him the glory! Just ask!


As I prepare to kick off the marriage blog series on Monday, I"m inviting readers to send any questions or issues my way that they want me to address. Some of you have said, "I"d love to say a few things on my own blog but with family or church situations, I can't." Well, I can. And I'm happy to say it for you! :-)

I am going to answer questions or address issues with no holds barred and I don't have to worry about losing my job, or my family and friends. Anybody who really cares wouldn't be upset with me for speaking truth. As the great theologian Dr. Suess said: "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."

Also, if you have a question for Larry, send it my way too and I am going to ask him to help me out with anything my readers would like to know from the male perspective. I"m volunteering him for this, btw, and haven't even asked him yet so...hmmm....that may be a topic for a post in itself..."spouses who volunteer their spouse for things without asking them first..." lol

Some issues I would like to see addressed (having been asked these questions at diffrent times) are, Oral Sex, and Bondage. I'd love to see your opinion on these. Also, do men have an actual physical need for sex.
Oh, now that I think of it, what about romance novls with sex sceens.
And while we are on the topic, is it ok to fantacise about sex, and diffrent sex scenes in your mind as long as it is about your husband? What about writing these sceens out for your own private pleasure...
Oh and Masterbating...
Let's not forget Anal sex... is it ok?

when is it ok for the husband to say no or withhold sex? It seems like when he wants it I give in because I know that is what I need to do even if I am not in the mood. But when I want it and he doesn't its taboo to even ask. What can I do to get him to see that sometimes I need to be with him too even if he isn't in "the mood". It makes me feel used at times and I hate that feeling.

Sisterhood Rises Up To Change Lives Forever

God is in the business of preserving families. It is His heart. It's my heart too. And, I'll unabashedly say here that I believe it should be everyone's heart. Everyone likes good news and I've got some for you today. If you are in doubt that God still speaks today and that He uses people to accomplish His work, I pray this will speak to you.
